• This package is for couples looking for the full day of wedding bliss.

• We provide tables, chairs, and linens and can accommodate up to 200 guests.

• We have custom wood farm tables and round tables with white resin chairs (rated for 350 lbs) and mismatched old rustic chairs for inside barn.  

• Custom wine barrel dessert table, gifts/cards table, and bar area is provided.

• There is a refrigerator for use during event.

• We set up and tear down all events along with table decor (We work with you to create the look you are going for).

• You'll have use of the property for ceremony, pictures and reception for up to 10 hours including a getting ready area for the bride and groom.

• We have multiple centerpieces and decor options available for your use.

• We clean up and remove all trash.

• There is ample parking with attendants.

•  1 hour for rehearsal on an available day prior to the wedding.

• We allow catered or potluck style events.

• Alcohol is permitted with a one day banquet liquor license obtained by the client.

• We have a kegerator and we provide the CO2.

• We include 2 portable restrooms, additional units will need to be rented by you if your guest count is higher than 150.

• We set up the bride and groom table with nice dishes and glassware and the guest tables with water goblets and linen napkins,  but all plates, disposable napkins,  cocktail glasses, and silverware must be provided for your guests.

• We have multiple table coverings to choose from, multiple colors of table runners along with  black or white  linen napkins and glass goblets for up to 200 guests.

• We provide  planning tools that will leave you stress free and help coordinate your entire event. We are also available to help with any questions you may have during the planning process.

• We offer a portable P.A. system and microphones for use during ceremony and reception if you do not hire a DJ.  

• Yard games including corn hole, giant jenga, giant connect 4, and ladder golf.

• Wedding insurance is required.

• We also have some fun experience enhancements that include audio guest book and cold spark machines that will leave your guests in awe.
